Refund policy
Your shopping experience is our priority. if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you have received a defective item, you have 30 days from the date you receive your package to return it. We can only accept returns for items purchased on mijacouture.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sales are final on individual panties that are not a part of a set.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available at this time. you will need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure eligibility. Upon approval your refund will be processed.
- Returns for eligible items purchased at regular price will be applied to your original form of payment
- You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) purchased. An $8 return fee will be deducted from your refund. The amount will appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of the return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Any returned items that do not comply with our policy, amy be denied at the discretiuon of Mija Couture.
